Zaid Ghazaleh

Zaid is a Partner with McKinsey & Company in the Middle East. Zaid  focuses on topics of Corporate Finance, Strategy, and Transformation. 

Zaid has 18+ years of experience across industries and continents, including the US, Europe, the GCC, and Asia, and has helped clients achieve substantial impact across a wide range of strategic and transformation topics. 

Zaid works with both CEOs and boards to set, design, and execute winning strategies and transformations. During the past few years, Zaid has helped clients make disruptive market moves, evaluate and conduct M&As, design and transform their organisation and capabilities, digitize their operating model, conduct holistic transformations, and execute corporate restructuring following market and internal dislocations. 

Before joining McKinsey, Zaid was a senior commercial manager with the London 2012 Olympics and Bechtel, a global EPC company. His roles included managing financial performance and commercial contracts. Zaid is a Civil Engineer with an MBA from London Business School. He has completed a leadership programme at Imperial College London. Zaid speaks both English and Arabic.
