Sameer Sehgal

Sameer Sehgal joined Nasdaq, the US stock exchange in June 2018 as Head of Business Development (Middle East) with focus on helping organisation attain better corporate governance standards by use of Nasdaq’s proprietary technology – Nasdaq Boardvantage.

Prior to Nasdaq, Sameer served in leadership role for Institute of Corporate Secretaries & Administers Software – U.K (ICSA Software), part of global corporate secretary qualification body.

Sameer has worked with listed, family owned and state-owned enterprises and his experience spans over various governance & compliance technology solutions, working closely with board & senior leadership across Middle East & Asia to help with their digital transformation & board engagement with an aim to have better governed organisations.
