Ghaida is a Saudi/New York qualified attorney practicing from Riyadh. She mainly works on ECM matters involving public offerings, including IPOs with international offering, M&A and complex corporate governance issues. Ghaida has been involved in many of the high-profile ECM and M&A transactions in the Saudi Arabian capital market. She also provides assistance to government clients on economic and financial regulations and has advised various governmental authorities on these issues, and assist in complex securities and financial litigation and arbitration.

Ghaida has a Bachelor of Laws from Prince Sultan University (First Honors), and a Master of Laws from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School (Distinction), when she also earned the Wharton Business and Law Certificate from the Wharton School (Class Speaker).
