Andrew Robinson

Andrew Robinson had a career of over 30 years in the fields of accounting, auditing and mergers and acquisitions with KPMG, which took him from Europe to North America and since 1989 in the Middle East. 

In 2016 he took early retirement as an equity partner of KPMG and formed his own consulting firm. Through this firm he presently acts as a non-executive Director/Audit Committee member to five different companies. 

His current portfolio of Non-executive Director and Audit Committee roles include the following organisations:

  • Dubai family group with mix of trading and investment activities.
  • Abu Dhabi family group with mix of real estate and financial investments.
  • DIFC registered finanical investment business covering Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia South East Asia international bank
  • UAE real estate development company that is a public shareholding company 

Qualified in accountancy (ICAEW) and treasury (ACT) he updated his education in 2021 by completing the Board of Directors Programme presented by the Henley Business School in the UK. 

Andrew has presented courses across the GCC on topics such as Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Social Responsibility.
