The Mastering the Boardroom Workshop is designed to provide a deep-dive on specific topics of importance to GCC board members and to help them develop the skills required to take on more senior roles.

While the Foundations of Directorship Workshop is focused on knowledge development, the objective of “Mastering the Boardroom” is to help directors build the skills required to take on more senior roles (e.g., chairman, vice chairman, committee chair) and enhance their personal effectiveness and contribution to the board. For this purpose, “Mastering the Boardroom” has been designed to recreate a 2-day board meeting of a fictitious company.
