Eligibility
Upon approval, an applicant meeting the following criteria could become an ordinary member:

• Director that has been in this position for a minimum of three years in the following types of organization:
• Not-for-profit organization with proven track record
• Publicly listed companies with a market capitalization above $2.5 billion
• Government owned with revenues above $2.5 billion
• Privately owned companies with market revenues above $2.5 billion
• OR director that has previously attended the Senior Director Workshop Level 1

Fees
Currently membership to the GCC Board Directors Institute is free to all eligible members. Membership fees will be reviewed each year and are subject to changes as decided by the GCC Board of Governors.
