Ayesha Sultan is a highly effective strategy and investment professional and board director, with over 20 years of experience across the industries of Transport and Logistics, Real Estate, Consulting and Government Outsourcing. She has an array of skills in strategic vision development and implementation, business and financial acumen, leadership, communication, problem solving, corporate governance and working in high growth and dynamic environments, driving business growth and implementing change.

Ayesha has served on Boards in a variety of positions since 2012. She is a Fellow and a Chartered Director of the UK Institute of Directors (IOD) and the GCC Board Directors Institute (GCC BDI), and she was a mentor on the pilot programme for ‘European Women on Boards’ in Brussels, Belgium. Ayesha is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MA, MSc, BSc, CDir, FIoD, F.GCCBDI, ACIArb).

Ayesha has completed an MA in Law (Conversion) from the University of Law, UK, as well as an MSc. in Operational Research and a BSc. in Mathematics and French, from the University of Southampton, UK.
